- Final Sale: These items are intended for repair, project use, or salvageable parts only. They are thoroughly documented in the description, and all sales are final.
📦 Standard Return Conditions
For all eligible, standard items, products must be returned in the exact condition they were received to qualify for a full refund:
- Brand New Items: Must be unopened, unused, and still factory-sealed with all original tags attached.
- Pre-Owned / Collectible Items: Must be returned with all original parts, accessories, and promotional materials included in the listing. [ 1]
🚚 Return Shipping Costs

- Our Mistake? If we send the wrong item or if a standard item arrives damaged/defective, The Alizeta Store will cover 100% of the return shipping costs .
💰 Refund Processing
- Once your return package arrives at our facility, we will inspect the item within 2 business days .
- Refunds will be issued directly back to your original payment method via eBay managed payments
